Service Description
NIPT Absolute is the most detailed non-invasive prenatal test we offer, and one of the most thorough available anywhere in the UK private sector. It includes the complete trisomy screening, sex chromosome aneuploidy analysis and gender determination from our Standard package, the six high-demand microdeletions from our Advanced package, and extends further still to screen for up to 92 additional microdeletions and chromosomal copy number variants across the entire genome. This level of analysis provides an exceptionally detailed picture of your baby's chromosomal health, identifying a wide range of rare but clinically meaningful genetic conditions that no other non-invasive test routinely captures. NIPT Absolute is most appropriate for patients with a personal or family history of genetic conditions, those who have had a previous pregnancy affected by a chromosomal or genetic abnormality, or those who simply want the most complete reassurance that current science can offer. This package is always supported by a pre-test consultation with our clinical team to ensure it is the right choice for your individual circumstances, and full consultant-led result interpretation is included as standard.
Cancellation Policy
The Pregnancy Experts does not guarantee continued treatment with a named midwife or doctor, unless this has been specifically purchased as part of your package. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice. We will try our best to facilitate an alternative mutually convenient time. Failure to give the required notice will result in you being charged the full cost of the service. Please arrive for your appointment 5 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. The Pregnancy Experts will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

The scan room is located on the 1st floor. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot offer ultrasound assessments to those with significant mobility problems.
